“All Money In”

Building a company from the ground up is not that hard. Yes, it requires a ton of time and attention, not to mention a great deal of discipline. But most importantly, it requires money. Now, what is your perception of money? Leave a comment below and tell me what you think, but in my opinion, my time is my money. It’s actually my inventory. This allows me to see money from a different point of view. It reveals to me that what I spend the most time on, is actually me, spending “money” on the things I enjoy the most, Not what I have enough money to do…you have the “money” you just don’t “spend” it on the things that really make you happy. And if that concept or idea or business or drawing or invention or anything that has been floating in your mind that you have now grown an emotional attachment to but have not put the physical energy or effort to do, you should, in my opinion, re-examine that notion and look within yourself to really ask the deeper questions on whats really holding you back from fully investing all of that “Inventory” on what you love. The things that bring you joy and great satisfaction.

I pray that if there is anybody out there like myself, who continues to learn how to push through and not be afraid to do what you love in spite of what others may think or say about you, I pray that you breakthrough today and have an open mind to look at a different way of helping you get what you want. If in fact you want to change. But that’s a blog for another day.

So spend that “money” on learning something new, spend some time to educate yourself and live in that world that’s been inside of your mind through meditation and visualization. Read articles, find podcasts, google things, look around, be curious, download an app and learn how to use it. Not as a “social media” thing but as an actual “tool” so that you can find others that are interested in the same things as you and just be a star in that world that you live in. But it’s about what you’re spending your time on. I totally understand If you still need to work to make ends meet. But I still think there is no room for excuses in that regard. Write down notes and game plan throughout the work day. During work breaks, are you gossiping at the water cooler or are you watching videos or reading books while you eat? When you get off of work, how much “money” are you spending on the things that you’ve been thinking about? When I was serving at restaurants to make ends meet, every chance I got, I was writing notes and jotting ideas down in my server notepad. There was a time where I had more things written down for my future than actual orders (which is probably why I got fired all those times lol) but this train of thought allows me to be consumed at whatever it is or was that I’m into at the time. When I was acting, it was all I could think about. Studying, reading, looking for monologues to recite and buying acting books and going to acting class. I had a job at that time but all I did was spend whatever money I “Worked” for and it just magnified and made what I truly loved, that much more enjoyable.
This is not a “quit your job” post, but it is important to know, that you can work and follow your dreams at the same time. But, he more you follow your dreams, the less you’ll have to work.

Thank you so much for checking out my website and I hope that I was able to be of some value to you. Til next time, Much Love.

-Jermy
