Hello and happy Monday to everyone! Today is an exciting day! Feels good to be alive and have another chance to be great and live your life! You know, I’m always writing inspirational and motivational content here and to be quite honest, it’s just me having a conversation with myself. I’m preaching to the choir 100% of the time. It’s just so happens, that a lot of you may have gone or are going through the same thing so it’s relatable to you. I love adding value to your life but it all starts and ends with me, just the same as it starts and ends with YOU.
a lot of days, I don’t know what I’m doing. Most days, I’m just trying to figure things out. Sometimes, I’m able to just navigate through the noise but for the most part, I am just sharing my truth. My truth that I’m still learning how to be a good person, father, son, friend, brother. I don’t claim to have all of the answers, I don’t know shit to be honest, but I’m learning from my mistakes and enjoying the journey.
my son is visiting me for the summer and Have so many emotions going though my body. Co-parenting from across the country is not really the easiest thing to do and especially when it’s the first real quality time I’ll be spending with him post-divorce. I’m looking forward to all of the great moments we are going to share these next few weeks. I’m excited to create new moments, new memories that he is going to remember, as will, I… for a very long time. So, Let me enjoy the rest of this down time because I don’t know how much of it I’m going to get for the next month, lol. Talk to you guys soon, Hope your week is already off to a blazing start! Big facts.
Discipline for the win..
Coming up with something to write everyday is fun. It’s fun because I’m learning to have to deal with pushing myself past procrastination. I can easily put it off until the next day but that doesn’t really exude discipline, in my opinion. Right? I think, Having the discipline means to do it on the days you don’t want to do it. The days when you want to quit. It’s the discipline that carries you to wherever you’re going.
I’m having fun. I’m having fun learning who I am as a man, as a father, as a businessman. It’s fun. I’m learning new skills that I thought I’d never learn, like how to make a graphic design on a tee shirt, learning how to run an e-commerce store, learning how to be a better administrator… I’m having a great time. This is the most fun I’ve had in a long time. You know, things aren’t always going to go your way, some days you’re going to second guess yourself but do not listen to those voices. Ignore those voices to the best of your ability, because all it does is create a negative belief inside your head. And as for myself, I feel, that you can’t get to where you’re going if you’re not feeling positive along the way. Would you agree or disagree? I think, It is inevitable that you achieve anything that you desire Because if the feeling you will get once you have whatever it is that you’re asking for and in order to receive that thing, you have to have the feeling as if you already possess it and stay in that feeling. It’s the feeling that gets the blessing. Rejoicing in advance. That’s an act of true faith, to me.. but as always, It’s the discipline that works the faith.
Knowing that what you’re doing is helping you move towards the things and life that you desire, it’s the discipline that you must enjoy. I think that when people hear ‘discipline’ they shine a negative light on it. It even frightens some, because they may know deep inside that they have a huge lack of it. But if we were to look at discipline as something we enjoy, I believe that we would be more committed to doing the work on whatever it takes to reach your goals or desires.
Knowing that it will all be worth it in the end is even more of a reason to keep going. To not quit. To never settle. To always press towards the mark. It’s times like these where you’re going to remember how it all began, looking back at the beginning to see how far you’ve come and how much more you have to go. but discipline, is the name of the game.
—I pray that whoever reads this does not quit and that whatever it is that you ask for, you will receive it to the highest degree of abundance one could ever ask or think. I pray that you continue to grow and work your discipline to help you get to where you’re trying to go. I pray that you have the courage to keep going. I pray that you prosper, even as your soul prospers. I pray that you have good health and keep safe. I pray that you have the wisdom and knowledge to make smart decisions that will not only benefit you but many others in the process. I pray you that you follow through.
