Me and one of my best friends and championship head coach, Torino Johnson. We won a championship together In 2015 at Palisades High school. It was the most fun I had in my career at that point. Torino is currently the Head women’s basketball coach at Cal State Los Angeles. #CoachingTree #Friends #TopTier
This is my daily mantra. I say it to myself every day and if you train with me, you’ll hear it a lot during a workout, too. Remember to always put that work in with whatever you’re doing in your life. #CoachJermy #TopTierHoops #PutThatWorkIn 💪🏾
Here i have Reshanda Grey, a WNBA Player, Pac-12 Player of the year (Cal) doing the fundamentals in her Pre-draft workout. the “Mikan Drill“ should be a staple drill in any player’s arsenal. It helps with your coordination, footwork, finishing around the basket, hand-eye coordination, and even conditioning if you have a high number of makes to achieve. I strongly recommend players do this drill when they first walk into a gym, rather than just start chucking up shots without properly warming up. It is important for post players to always stay committed to the basics and and stand in them as a Foundation for your talent. #ReshandaGrey #NYLiberty #Fudamentals
