Yerrrrrr…. (A Goodness and Mercy Update)
What’s good everybody! I’ve been super busy with Goodness and Mercy! I started selling custom orders and it is very exciting to be able to start taking personal orders from people. It is something truly empowering about creating something and then it coming to life and in your hands. It really is a remarkable feeling and rather addicting if you ask me. It’s a high that I get from accomplishing something from start to finish, you know what I’m saying? At one point in my life, I always used to never finish things that I started. I used to have the best ideas, start them, get discouraged and stop or i would finish them and the result wouldn’t be what I was expecting and THEN STOP. It took me some time to get over that “Hump” if you will, but man oh man, when I finally broke through, I was able to get a good momentum going and it was a much more freeing feeling than I anticipated. Only because I’ve always been my biggest hurdle and still today that remains the truth until the day that I move in from here. And the truth of the matter is, you can’t get to that freeing feeling unless you finish!

I’ll post some pictures so you can see what they look like. But yeah, it’s been great and I’m excited for the momentum that I’ve been able to build and it feels good for me to finally have something that I am truly proud of and excited to grow and expand and inspire. It’s all about the journey, you know? It’s all about taking the first step and then following that step with another step. You must always remember to go at your own pace. You can get easily distracted that way and all it does is just slow down your process. Shout out to all the dreamers out there. All the ones who push forward every day through all of the noise. Continue to believe in yourself and you’ll go far. Don’t be afraid. Don’t worry. Know that God is on your side and you can make it out of whatever situation you are in.
